The Whole Tooth and Nothing But the Tooth

Olivia's losing teeth like mad these days.  She lost one right before we left the U.S. and the Tooth Fairy gave her a Euro.  In France, we determined that any teeth she lost would be "French teeth," to be taken away by the Tooth Bunny (no fairies in France, evidently).  She lost two there, I believe.  Since then she's had an English tooth, which she lost on the train to York, and a Scottish tooth, which she lost on a tourist bus in Edinburgh today.

She's been reading my posts lately, so I'll just share this story.  In York, the Tooth Fairy got confused and left a Pound, but forgot the tooth.  So Olivia left her this note.  That night the Tooth Fairy got the tooth and left another Pound in it's place.
