FINALLY! Healthy, tasty food!

With low expectations, I took the kids to a chain place called Pizza Express.

The kids' food was, as you'd expect, variable.  Helena's cheese pizza was surprisingly good for thin crust (ewwwww).  Olivia's pasta was awful.  So, we're batting .500 and that's about all I can ask these days.

But then my food arrives.  It's a salad with warm garlic mushrooms, avocado, sun-dried tomato, fresh mozzarella and field greens.  A balsamic reduction drizzled over the top provides the perfect touch so I can avoid the honey mustard dressing.  The warm breadsticks are a perfect accompaniment.

It's healthy, warm and a perfect combiantion of salt/sweet and crunchy/tender.  It's heaven on a plate.  I've been wanting a good vegetarian meal for weeks and after all the searching, I'd given up.  I might make the kids eat Pizza Express every other day until we leave England!
