Chocolate

It's ridiculous expensive, but as soon as the kids saw the ads for York's newest attraction, the Chocolate exhibit/museum, the pestering commenced in earnest.

After paying roughly the equivalent of a good, mid-level bottle of champagne, we got a live tour involving so much technology that it was almost laughable.  We had several opportunities to taste chocolate as we learned about the flavors, historical development, production and York connection to it.

Since the site has no true ties to chocolate, the exhibit organizers came up with a computer-image fake chocolate production line. Guests virtually "stir" the chocolate and start the production process. The girls were enchanted.

Plastic fake melting chocolate--fun!

It's particularly important to Olivia that you understand that milk is an ingredient in chocolate.
